Please read the following instructions carefully.

1. Complete the online registration (See QR Link below )
2. Submit a copy of your passport, student ID card, health insurance card or health insurance contract.
3. Pay the deposit of 1,000 Baht in person at IAD office (this deposit is to ensure participation and will be refunded after the trip)

Notes:
4. Applicants who have never joined a trip will have priority. Students who have joined an earlier program are also welcome on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. No more than 5 students from the same country can join the trip if there are over seats.
6. KKU provides meals, homestay accommodation and transportation. Other expenses are for the participants.
7. The deposit of 1000 Baht is to guarantee your seat. It is refundable during the trip. However, it is not refundable if you miss the trip and the replacement is not accepted.
8. Application Deadline is on 15 August 2022
9. I understand that the organizer will collect, use and disclose my personal information for the purpose of this project including other purposes as the project organizer deems appropriate.
10. I acknowledge that If I do not agree to these terms and conditions The project organizer reserves the right not to provide services to me.
